**Job Title**: Trainee - Billing

Executive**Department**: Billing / Cash Counter

**Language Requirement**: Must speak **Telugu** (basic English/Tamil/Hindi preferred)

**Stipend/Salary**: ₹10,000 per month

**Experience**: Fresher / Up to 1 Year (Trainee Role)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in generating **OP/IP bills** and updating entries in the billing software.
- Guide **Telugu-speaking patients** in understanding billing details, payments, and receipts.
- Support the billing team in **cash handling, card transactions, and receipt printing**.
- Coordinate with front office/admission desk for **patient billing updates**.
- Ensure correct data entry of patient details, treatments, and service charges.
- Maintain **billing records** and assist in filing and documentation work.
- Attend to basic billing queries from patients and escalate issues to seniors when required.
- Maintain **accuracy, politeness, and transparency** while interacting with patients.

**Skills & Attributes Required**:

- **Fluent in Telugu** (mandatory)
- Basic communication in **English / Tamil / Hindi** preferred
- Basic understanding of **billing / cashier work** (training will be provided)
- **Numerical accuracy and attention to detail**:

- Good communication and **patient-friendly attitude**:

- **Willingness to learn billing software and hospital process**

**Qualification**:

- **12th / Any Degree** - willing to work at billing counter / front desk

**Growth Opportunity**:
