We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who have excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving targets. The Sales Executive will play a key role in engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to close deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients, introducing our stockbroking services.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable investment products and services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to team performance.
- Provide basic guidance to clients on stock market investment opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and company offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer service (experience in stock broking or financial services is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Basic understanding of the stock market and financial products (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,033.42 - ₹20,000.00 per month
