Sales Cordinator

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Coordinator** to join our real estate team. The role involves identifying potential clients, showcasing property options, closing sales, and contributing to marketing strategies that promote our projects. You will be the key point of contact between the company and prospective buyers.
- Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through field visits, online platforms, property portals, and referrals.
- Conduct site visits and explain property features, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing buyers.
- Meet monthly sales targets and report progress to the sales manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for running campaigns, ads, and social media promotions.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
- Attend property expos, roadshows, and other promotional events.
- Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and deals.
- Provide excellent customer service and post-sale support.
- Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and online real estate platforms.
- Knowledge of local property laws and RERA guidelines is a plus.
- Preferred Experience:Experience in residential and/or commercial real estate.
- Familiarity with local real estate market and customer preferences.
- Fluency in English and local language.
