For Ui Designer

**Responsibilities**:
2. Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.

3. Work closely within a cross functional team of front-end and backend developers, sales, field and product teams to implement designs that are both visually appealing and functional.

Design System Management

1. Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency in design workflows.

2. Establish and document design guidelines, components, and patterns for use across products and platforms.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote adoption and adherence to the design system.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise:
1. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, Invision, Protopie and expertise in managing design systems.

2. Strong understanding of Design, Design fundamentals and best practices.

3. Strong understanding of web and mobile UX laws, patterns, Design thinking and best practices.

4. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design, and information architecture.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

7. Should have demonstrated ability to have worked with product and product teams. Startup experience is a plus.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field of study

2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in UI design.

For Ux Designer

**Responsibilities**:
1. Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work.

2. Develop and present documentation, user flows annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

3. Familiar with concepts like Customer Journey Maps, Empathy Mapping, How might we and User Psychology - Hicks law, Fitts Law, Framing etc.

4. Familiar with quantitative and qualitative research and analysis and Design thinking.

5. Leverage user testing to make product improvements

6. Help define user interaction models for new and existing products.

7. Sketch and present UI concepts, including visual design and behaviors, with paper sketches, wireframes, tasks/workflows, simple working prototypes, or whatever form best communicates your ideas.

8. Participate in user-centered research with customers through focus groups, usage analysis, and rapid prototyping.

9. Communicate UI design solutions to multiple development teams through detailed specifications and similar types of communication documents.

10. Problem-solving/collaborating with other designers

11. Articulate the different needs of B2B and B2C markets as and when needed.

For Product Designer

Position Overview

Join on a project and work with engineers, product managers, and senior designers to develop new features and improve existing features that put user experience top priority.

Experience various challenges to deliver a new experience to users.

・Design the total UX/UI

・UX flow and UI design based on concept

・Conduct quantitative and qualitative research and analysis using questionnaires and interviews

・Analyze and suggest improvements using quantitative and qualitative analysis.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other roles together with Senior Product Designer in order to commit to projects from UX design to UI design.

2. Deep understanding of the concept and requirements, proposing a UX flow that considers inclusiveness, comprehensiveness, and consistency, and finalizing the UI design.

Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field of study.

2. More than 3-5 years of hands-on professional experience in web and mobile app (iOS/Android) UX/UI design.

3. Experience in UX/UI design using Figma and Adobe

4. Hands-on experience in product release, effectiveness measurement, and product improvement

5. Hands-on experience in design utilising HCD (Human Centered Design) and design thinking.
