**Role Description**

This is a full-time opportunity for a Back Office Coordinator at The Monarch Enterprises located in Bhiwandi. As a back office coordinator, you will be responsible for providing operations, administrative and organizational support and coordinating between different departments of the company spanning sales, Design, operations, and production. You will ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations and support company-wide growth initiatives.

**Responsibilities**

1. Coordinating With Different
- Different project for schedules, resources, equipment's information's

2. Excellent knowledge of V lookup, H lookup & Advance Excel etc.

4. Strong followup with all department & Ensuring to complete project before deadline

5. Experience in coordinating With teams and clients

6. Excellent communication and organizational skills

7. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs

9. Customer-centric attitude and strong interpersonal skills

10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

11. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
