**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that align with the curriculum and meet the developmental needs of students.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and educational resources to engage students and cater to different learning styles.
- Assess students’ academic progress, provide timely feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each student.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning, teamwork, and good behavior.
- Monitor student behavior and enforce classroom rules in a fair and consistent manner.
- Encourage students to think critically, ask questions, and actively participate in discussions.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding students’ progress, achievements, and areas of concern.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development activities, and school events as required.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student learning and school culture.
- Create and maintain records of students’ academic performance, behavior, and attendance.
- Incorporate technology and other resources into lesson plans to enhance the learning experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification or license (where applicable).
- Minimum of [1-2] years of experience teaching primary school students (preferred).
- Knowledge of primary education curriculum standards and best practices.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to adapt lessons and teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
- A commitment to continuous professional growth and learning.
