**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in **IGCSE and AS/A Level Accountancy**.
- Prepare students for Cambridge international examinations with a focus on academic rigor and excellence.
- Design lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Track and report student progress regularly to stakeholders.
- Engage actively in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and school-wide initiatives.
- Maintain discipline, ethics, and a positive learning environment.

**Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce/Accountancy or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of **relevant teaching experience in Cambridge curriculum** (IGCSE, AS/A Levels).
- Strong knowledge of Cambridge syllabus content, marking schemes, and assessment patterns.
- Excellent command of English and communication skills.

**Preferred**:

- Cambridge PDQ or other certified teacher training qualifications.
- Prior experience teaching senior grades (Grades 9-12 or equivalent).
- Familiarity with international school environments.
