**Position Overview**:
The Sales Implementation Specialist is a key member of the sales team responsible for seamlessly integrating new clients and ensuring the successful implementation of products or services. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand client needs, configuring solutions, and providing support throughout the implementation process. The goal is to deliver a smooth and efficient transition from sales to active usage, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**:

- Work closely with sales representatives and account managers to gain a deep understanding of client requirements and expectations.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building.
- **Solution Configuration**:

- Collaborate with product specialists and technical teams to configure solutions that meet client specifications.
- Customize and optimize product setups to align with the unique needs of each client.
- **Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Develop and execute detailed project plans outlining key milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of implementation projects.
- **Training and Support**:

- Provide training sessions to clients on the effective use of products or services.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to address any issues or concerns during the implementation phase.
- **Documentation**:

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to client configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Ensure that all relevant information is accurately recorded for future reference and training purposes.
- **Feedback Collection**:

- Gather feedback from clients during and after the implementation process to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate client feedback to internal teams for continuous product and process enhancement.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct thorough testing of configured solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the implementation phase.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and technical support teams to share insights, best practices, and client feedback.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss ongoing projects, challenges, and opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven 1-2 years of experience in a sales implementation or similar role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and configure software solutions.
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- New Delhi, Delhi (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
