**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce **Finishing Touches’ services** and explain our offerings.
- Handle inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide information about our **interior design and architectural solutions**.
- Maintain a professional and engaging conversation to build strong client relationships.
- Schedule appointments for meetings with our interior designers and architects.
- Follow up with potential leads and existing customers to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate details.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
- Address client concerns and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a **Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or Sales Executive** (preferred).
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills in **English and Tamil**.
- Ability to handle client inquiries professionally and confidently.
- Basic knowledge of architecture and interior design services (training will be provided).
- Strong listening and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, CRM software, or call-handling tools** (preferred).

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

- Telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Tamil (preferred)
