This is a remote position.

**Stipend Structure**:

- First 6 Months: Rs. 5000 per month (in hand) + Rs.15,000 variable pay
- After 6 Months (Conversion): Rs.20,000 per month (in hand) + Rs.25,000 variable pay

**Work Arrangement**:
Work from Home

**Willing to communicate with leads and prospects is a big advantage.**

**Experience on SEO, Google and Facebook Ads is Compulsory.**

**Knowing design tools such as Photoshop and After Effects is an advantage.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop digital strategies aligned with client goals and objectives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign development
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling digital content, including ad copy, images, and videos
- Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients and internal teams
- Identify opportunities for optimization and provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a digital marketing role, with a track record of successful campaigns
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical mindset and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges
- Prior experience in a marketing agency will be an added advantage
