**SAP iRPA (Intelligent Robotic Process Automation) Resource**:
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Solution Design**: Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities using SAP iRPA. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design RPA solutions to enhance efficiency.
- **Development**: Develop and configure automation bots using SAP iRPA to perform various tasks, such as data entry, data extraction, process automation, and more.
- **Testing**: Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure their accuracy and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during testing.
- **Documentation**: Create comprehensive documentation for RPA solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- **Integration**: Collaborate with the IT team to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process synchronization.
- **Maintenance and Support**: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions. Monitor bots’ performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates and enhancements as needed.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that RPA solutions are developed and maintained in compliance with data security and privacy regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- **Training and Knowledge Sharing**: Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to end-users and stakeholders to ensure they can effectively use and manage RPA solutions.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on SAP iRPA and RPA industry trends and best practices. Suggest and implement process improvements and optimizations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in designing and developing RPA solutions using SAP iRPA.
- Strong knowledge of SAP systems and business processes.
- Proficiency in SAP iRPA Studio and other relevant tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in process analysis, optimization, and reengineering.
- Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- SAP iRPA certification.
- Experience with other RPA platforms, such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.).
- Familiarity with SAP Business Process Automation by Redwood (formerly known as Process Automation Manager).
