- Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth **pre-production and on-site execution.**

**2. Video Editing & Post-Production**
- Edit and assemble **raw footage into polished, high-impact videos.**:

- Perform **color correction, sound design, and motion graphics enhancements.**:

- Add **captions, text overlays, transitions, and special effects** for engaging storytelling.
- Optimize video length, aspect ratios, and formats for different **platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).**

**3. Content Creation & Storytelling**
- Develop creative **video concepts, storyboards, and themes** for brand campaigns.
- Work closely with the **marketing team** to bring Chai Nagri’s brand stories to life.
- Ensure videos align with the brand’s **identity, values, and audience engagement strategy.**

**4. Social Media & Digital Optimization**
- Shoot and edit videos specifically designed for **Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and ads.**:

- Stay updated on **video trends, platform algorithms, and best practices** for maximum reach.
- Repurpose and edit long-form content into **snackable, engaging clips** for social media.

**5. Motion Graphics & Animation (Bonus Skill)**
- Create **eye-catching motion graphics, animated text, and intros/outros.**:

- Add **brand elements, lower-thirds, and subtle animations** to enhance production quality.

**6. Collaboration & Project Management**
- Work closely with **designers, marketers, and brand teams** for seamless execution.
- Manage **shoot schedules, video archives, and content workflows.**:

- Ensure **timely delivery** of edited videos while maintaining high quality.

✔ **Proficiency in video editing software** (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).

✔ **Strong videography skills**, including camera handling, lighting, and audio setup.

✔ Knowledge of **motion graphics & animation tools** (After Effects, Canva, etc.) is a plus.

✔ Ability to **shoot and edit content tailored for social media & digital marketing.**

✔ Creative thinker with a passion for **storytelling and brand-building through video.**

✔ Ability to **work under tight deadlines** while delivering engaging, high-quality content.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
