**Job Overview**:
Bray Events is seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive sponsorship acquisition for upcoming events, support event-related tasks, and secure IT clients for Bray Consultants Private Limited. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive salary range of ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month, including Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA), with additional incentives for achieving sales targets. This position is ideal for a communicative, results-driven individual skilled in lead generation and relationship management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation and Acquisition**
- Identify and pursue potential sponsors and IT clients through networking, cold calling, and in-person visits.
- Build a strong pipeline of leads, managing follow-ups to convert opportunities into successful partnerships and sales.

**Sponsorship and Client Acquisition**
- Engage potential sponsors to secure event support, aligning their interests with our event goals.
- Promote Bray Consultants’ IT services to prospective clients, building lasting relationships and trust.

**Event Sales Support**
- Work closely with the events team to support sponsor-related tasks, ensuring smooth and effective sponsorship execution.
- Assist during events as necessary to fulfill sponsor and client expectations and ensure a positive experience.

**Market Research and Strategy**
- Stay informed on industry trends and market demands to adjust sales strategies and optimize lead conversion efforts.

**Reporting and Documentation**
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, lead status, and client interactions.
- Report regularly on lead progress, sponsorship acquisitions, and client conversions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales or sponsorship acquisition, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills for client and sponsor engagement.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to lead generation.
- Knowledge of the events and IT sectors is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work full-time, on-site Monday to Saturday, from 10 am to 6 pm.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Monthly salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000, inclusive of Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA).
- Performance-based incentives for achieving or exceeding sales targets.
