**Job Title: Painting Teacher**

**Position Type**: Full-time

**Location**: ArtVilla Academy (Borivali)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching**: Conduct art classes for students of all ages, focusing on painting techniques and artistic principles.

**Curriculum Development**: Develop and adapt instructional materials and curricula to meet the needs of diverse students.

**Skill Advancement**: Stay current with the latest painting techniques and trends in the art world to provide up-to-date instruction.

**Mentorship**: Collaborate with experienced artists within the academy, learning from their expertise and incorporating new techniques into your teaching.

**Student Interaction**: Create a positive and supportive learning environment, offering constructive feedback, guidance, and encouragement to help students progress in their artistic journeys.

**Language Proficiency**: Communicate effectively with students in English to ensure clarity and comprehension.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in Fine Arts or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven proficiency in painting, with a strong portfolio of personal work.
- Excellent communication skills, both in English and ideally another language.
- Patience and empathy when working with students of all ages and skill levels.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new techniques and teaching methods.
