**Position Overview**:
will have 2-3 years of experience in botany, with a strong background in herbs and plants

used in Ayurveda. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and authenticity of the natural

ingredients used in our products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and classify plants and herbs used in Ayurvedic medicine.
- Conduct research on the medicinal properties of various herbs and plants.
- Strong Practical Knowledge about Plants TLC, MICROSCOPY, MACROSCOPY and

Another Physiochemical Parameters Testing.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure the effective use of

botanical ingredients.
- Oversee the cultivation and harvesting of herbs to ensure optimal quality.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards for herbal products.
- Provide expertise in the sourcing of high-quality herbal ingredients.
- Conduct quality control assessments on plant materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Pharmacognosy or Master’s degree in Botany, Plant Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience working with herbs and plants, preferably in an Ayurveda

manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic herbs and their medicinal properties.
- Familiarity with botanical research methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
