**Job Title**: Telecaller (Kannada Speaking) - Fresher

**Location**: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 0 - 1 year (Freshers Welcome)
**Language Requirement**: Kannada (mandatory), Basic English/Tamil (preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients.
- Explain products/services and address queries in Kannada.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely resolution.
- Meet daily/weekly calling targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication.

**Key Requirements**:

- Must be fluent in **Kannada** (mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of **English and/or Tamil** is an advantage.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Basic computer skills.
- Should be currently based in or willing to relocate to **Chennai**.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
