**Job Title: Excel/Google Sheets Ninja**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage time management sheets for the team, including setting up formulas, conditional formatting, and other features to ensure accurate time tracking and reporting
- Manage client invoicing data and cost of client work by reviewing team worksheets and ensuring accurate calculations and billing
- Analyze data to calculate project costs, profits, and net revenue, using Excel or Google Sheets to generate reports and provide insights to the management team
- Work with other teams to integrate data from various sources and ensure data accuracy
- Develop and maintain templates and other tools to streamline processes and increase efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Excel/Google Sheets features and tools, and recommend new technologies and best practices to improve workflows
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize processes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Excel/Google Sheets Ninja, with a strong understanding of advanced formulas, macros, and other high-end features
- Experience creating time management sheets, managing client invoicing data, and analyzing data to calculate project costs, profits, and net revenue
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Passion for Excel/Google Sheets and enthusiasm for learning new tools and technologies.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
