**Handling International Meetings & Coordinating within school**

We are seeking a dynamic and highly personable **International School Administrator** to join our growing global online education team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multicultural, fast-paced digital environment and excels at communication, coordination, and professional relationship management.

Whether you're a fresh graduate with excellent soft skills or someone with prior experience in administration or global communication, we welcome passionate individuals who can represent our school with grace and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones with stakeholders, staff, and parents globally.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative communication between the school and international partners or clients.
- Support the management team in executing school operations, events, and digital sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and action items; follow up with relevant parties.
- Provide administrative assistance to school leadership, including calendar management, document preparation, and scheduling.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive online school culture by offering prompt, friendly support to students, teachers, and parents.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor—especially during video meetings with international teams.
- Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate across cultures with empathy and clarity.
- Freshers with the right skills and attitude are encouraged to apply.
- A background in administration, customer support, or education is a bonus but not mandatory.
