**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **3D Modeling & Rendering**: Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings of architectural designs, interiors, and landscapes.
- **Conceptualization**: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and conceptualize designs.
- **Design Visualization**: Develop animations, walkthroughs, and interactive visualizations for presentations and project proposals.
- **Software Proficiency**: Use advanced design tools like Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite for rendering and post-production.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all designs meet company and client standards for accuracy, aesthetics, and functionality.
- **Feedback Integration**: Adapt designs based on client feedback and team inputs while meeting project deadlines.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Design, or related fields.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience as a 3D Visualiser, preferably in the construction or architectural domain.
- **Technical Expertise**: Proficiency in 3D modeling, rendering software, and visualization techniques.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to create detailed, accurate, and visually appealing designs.
- **Creativity**: Strong aesthetic sense and creative problem-solving skills.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and project teams.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
