**Job Title**: Production Supervisor

**Location**:Sasewadi, Pune

**CTC**: 3 -5 LPA

**Qualifications**: Diploma or BE (E & TC) or Electrical

**Experience**:2 to 5 year
- Supervise Production Team: Lead and manage the production team to ensure smooth operations and high productivity.
- Ensure Production Schedules: Monitor and ensure that production schedules are followed and targets are met on time.
- Monitor Production Process: Regularly check the production process and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and implement quality control measures.
- Train and Mentor Workers: Provide training and guidance to production workers to enhance their skills and performance.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve any production-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as Quality Control, store, to ensure seamless operations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, defects, and downtime, and report to management.
- Implement Safety Protocols: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed in the production area to maintain a safe working environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Time Management: Efficient in managing time and meeting deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with production equipment and processes.
- Quality Control: Knowledge of quality assurance and control procedures.
- Safety Awareness: Understanding of workplace safety regulations and practices.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other departments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
