Unloading Supervisor

**1. Role Objective**

The Raw Material In charge will be responsible for managing the unloading, proper stacking, and storage of raw materials, including farmer’s maize, at the Feed Mill. This role also includes maintaining accurate records of raw material quantities, quality checks, and reporting discrepancies. The Raw Material In charge will be responsible for overseeing unloading labourers and ensuring the cleanliness of unloading areas while adhering to safety protocols and inventory control procedures.

**2. Responsibilities**

**Departmental Operation**
- Unloading & proper stacking of raw material including farmer’s maize.
- Record date of arrival, No. of bags, Gross weight, Net weight, and arrival moisture on Stack/Bin card.
- Weekly/monthly physical stock taking of raw material.
- Report of shortage raw material to Store In charge.
- Give preference for unloading based on shortage of material for production.
- Record the rejection material bags nos. & report to purchase department.

**Other Activities**
- Verify quality & quantity of material while unloading.
- Cover raw material with plastic which unloaded at outside of warehouse.
- Managing of unloading labours & maintains their records.
- Monitor cleaning after unloading of vehicles.
- Close & lock shutters after finish of unloading operation.

**3. Qualification & Experience**

Educational Qualifications:

- Minimum of a high school diploma; further certification in warehouse management or logistics is a plus.

**Relevant Experience**:

- 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or materials management, preferably in the feed mill or similar industries.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
