Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in the import-export sector and generate new business.
- Promote our freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics services (air, sea & land).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Negotiate rates, close deals, and ensure smooth execution of services.
- Work closely with internal operations to ensure timely service delivery.
- Keep updated on global trade policies, shipping trends, and competitor activity.
- Prepare and present sales reports, proposals, and client feedback to management.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in logistics or import-export companies.
- Good knowledge of freight forwarding, customs processes, and Incoterms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and well-organized.
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.

**Salary**: Based on experience + Incentives
