Site Supervisor

Responsible for all safety aspects at the site, including Safety Walks in the field.
- Responsible for all QC activity on site, performing QC Assessments of work by Technicians.
- Responsible for data collection, work order processing, and summary reports.
- Responsible for providing general supervision & development of all employees at the site.
- Use technical knowledge and experience to optimize site performance.
- Determine daily schedules and assignments for work activities, including execution.
- Manage on site technicians, including contractors.
- Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance.
- Investigate accidents and injuries, and prepare reports of findings.
- Determine and manage maintenance schedules.
- Communicate daily activities to employer through daily, weekly, monthly reports.
- Conduct themselves in a professional manner.
- Provides guidance, training and direction to subordinates, including setting site and individual goals, and performance standards.
- Create and complete Service Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
- Engineer should have vehicle and should be willing to travel.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
