Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and send quotes to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Create and update detailed itineraries for travel packages, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities.
- Process bookings and reservations, including issuing tickets and vouchers.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and manage client payments, including following up on outstanding invoices.
- Liaise with suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to ensure bookings are confirmed and accurate.
- Respond promptly to client queries and complaints, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bookings, payments, and client interactions.
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments within the company to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
