**About the role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Process Associate to support the effective implementation of the PM Surya Ghar Yojana - Rooftop Solar (RTS) Scheme. This role is essential to delivering a seamless, customer-centric experience by ensuring that all operational and documentation processes are executed accurately and in full compliance with program guidelines.

In addition, the Process Associate will play a key role in facilitating the timely and efficient disbursement of subsidies to eligible customers by coordinating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant program execution.

**What you would be expected to do**:

- Ensure timely collection, verification, and submission of all required KYC and subsidy-related documents.
- Coordinate with front-end sales, installation teams, and financial institutions for customer updates
- Maintain accurate MIS reports, data dashboards, and payment tracking
- Address customer escalations, feedback, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
- Adhere to and implement the latest guidelines issued by MNRE and internal company processes
- Support walk-in customers with queries and documentation support at the store
- Ensure regular and accurate updates in the internal CRM or tracking systems for all customer interactions
**- 1-3 years of experience in process-oriented or back-end operations role
- Strong proficiency in documentation, Excel, and familiarity with digital tools (CRM/MIS)
- Prior experience in managing customer lifecycle processes, especially in subsidy, loan, or utility-linked products, is an advantage
- High attention to detail, with strong coordination and follow-up capabilities
- Willingness to work from a store-based location in Balangir
