**Job description**

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a remote **freelance Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Physical Education** to support content and curriculum development for K-12 students under the ICSE/ISC board. The SME will be responsible for designing lesson plans, assessments, and engaging activity-based resources aligned with CISCE (Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations) standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop curriculum-aligned Physical Education content for grades K-12 under the ICSE/ISC board.
- Create comprehensive lesson plans, assessments, and teaching aids.
- Ensure age-appropriate and pedagogically sound content aligned with CISCE guidelines.
- Review and improve existing Physical Education content when required.
- Collaborate with the editorial and academic teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed or an equivalent qualification in Physical Education.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in ICSE/ISC-affiliated schools.
- In-depth understanding of CISCE curriculum, evaluation patterns, and activity-based learning methods.
- Proficiency in written communication and ability to work within tight deadlines.
