2. Lead Generation & Follow-up: Make outbound calls to new leads, provide information about services, and convince them to avail our services. Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and offer additional services.
3. Administrative Tasks:Manage paperwork, billing, and documentation. Ensure accuracy and timely completion of administrative tasks.
4. Event Management:Coordinate and handle events, including logistics, communication, and execution.
5. Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a positive experience.
6. Office Management: Maintain office cleanliness, manage supplies, and ensure a well-organized workspace. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance office efficiency.
