**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise RMC production and dispatch as per project schedule
- Monitor batching process and ensure quality as per IS mix standards
- Coordinate with site engineers and logistics team for timely deliveries
- Maintain plant records, production logs, and raw material stock reports
- Ensure maintenance and smooth functioning of batching equipment
- Conduct regular checks on raw material quality and plant hygiene
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental norms
- Supervise plant staff and provide training when needed
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in RMC or concrete batching operations
- Familiarity with mix design, testing procedures, and batching software
- Strong organizational and team coordination skills
- Willingness to be stationed at Rajkot full-time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
