CNC Operator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**:

- Operate CNC machines to produce components such as cabinets, doors, countertops, and other modular kitchen elements from wood, laminate, or MDF boards.
- Load raw materials and oversee the machine's operations to ensure smooth production.
- **Programming and Setup**:

- Read and interpret CAD drawings and technical blueprints.
- Input CNC program codes or select pre-programmed instructions to operate machinery.
- Set up machines for specific production runs, adjusting tool offsets and machine settings to ensure accurate cuts.
- **Maintenance**:

- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines.
- Troubleshoot and solve basic machine-related problems during operation to minimize downtime.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure the proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with production team members, designers, and supervisors to meet production targets.
- Communicate effectively with other departments, including design and installation teams, to ensure smooth workflow.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-3 years of CNC machine operation, preferably in modular kitchen or woodworking industries.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in CNC machining or related field is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Familiarity with CNC software and controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, or similar).
- Knowledge of woodworking tools and equipment.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of precision and accuracy in work.

Pay: ₹12,093.94 - ₹17,595.90 per month
