As a Data Visualization professional in our Corporate Sector, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm

Your team is focused on collaborating and partnering with business to deliver efficiency and enhance controls via technology adoption and infrastructure support for Global Finance & Business Management India. The two primary services are solution development and automation assistance for an array of technology tools. In addition to the above said the team partners with business for consulting on technology to foster digital transformation and tech adoption.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards using advanced features to visualize complex data sets effectively.
- Utilize Python/Alteryx for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Possess a working knowledge of QlikView to maintain and enhance existing dashboards, ensuring continuity in data visualization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic decision-making.
- Optimize Tableau and QlikView performance, implementing best practices for data visualization and reporting.
- Create and maintain documentation for Tableau and QlikView workflows, Python scripts, and data processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality, Tableau, QlikView, and Python scripts.

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited institution in related streams like Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Tableau development and data visualization.
- Proficiency in Python & Alteryx for data manipulation, analysis, and scripting. Working knowledge of QlikView for maintaining and enhancing existing dashboards.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data from various databases.
- Experience in designing and optimizing Tableau and QlikView dashboards for performance and user experience.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. of Dashboard Development Lifecycle and good working experience of Agile Methodology. Basic knowledge of accounting / financial concepts and finance organization processes is beneficial

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Familiarity with data science libraries in Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) for advanced analytics.
- Knowledge of best practices in data governance and security.
- Certification in Tableau or Python is a plus.
