Graphics & Ui/ux Design

Skills Required
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, layout, color theory, and brand consistency.
- Ability to create engaging marketing materials, social media graphics, banners, and print collateral.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

Qualification & Experience Required
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX and/or Graphic Design.
- Any bachelor's degree or in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or a related field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research to identify user behaviors, pain points, and goals.
- Design clear, engaging graphics and layouts for various marketing and branding needs including digital ads, social media posts, print materials, and presentation decks.
- Maintain consistency in visual branding across all user interfaces and marketing materials.
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, visual design techniques, and best practices in both fields.

Only On-Site Job (No Remote/Work From Home)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday Off)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
