Key Responsibilities

1. Design and Modeling: Create detailed 3D models and designs using AutoCAD software.

2. Project Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop design plans.

3. Design Development: Develop and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.

4. Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of designs, including drawings, models, and specifications.

5. Collaboration: Work with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and compliance.

6. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot design issues and provide solutions to ensure project timelines are met.

7. Software Management: Stay up-to-date with the latest AutoCAD software features and best practices.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in AutoCAD 3D design and modeling.

3. Software Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD software, including 3D modeling and design.

4. Design Principles: Strong understanding of design principles, including spatial reasoning and visualization.

5. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Certifications: AutoCAD certification or other relevant industry certifications.

2. Programming Skills: Familiarity with programming languages, such as Visual Basic or C#.

3. BIM Experience: Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
