ASSISTANT MANAGER/EXECUTIVE - SALES END USER (South/West/North/East)
WORK LEVEL: 04
RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Building the SEW & LCS brand and value proposition in the market
2. Achieving regional SEU sales targets.
3. Developing engineers for SEU activities and building team at regional level.
4. Marketing SEU products and services including development of industry specific packages
5. Developing resources to deliver all modules of the LCS package on region level.
6. Coordinating with OFD and Service Dept to complete service jobs and spares supply.
7. Coordinating with branch manager and make SEU business strategy for region wise.
8. Collection of payment, receivables and statutory forms with SEU engineer on region level.
9. Passing of sales information for full units sales to the sales team.
10. Managing and developing relationships with customers.
11. Forecasting and reporting of sales, trends and competitor activities on region level.
12. Responsible to maintain documents and records as per QMS procedure of the department.
AUTHORITY:
1. Decision on FOC Replacement, FOC Service (jointly with Branch/SEU Manager)
2. Decisions on pricing (jointly with Branch/SEU Manager)

Direct Reporters : 2-6
Turnover : 25-30% of company’s services & spares turnover
PROFILE:
EDUCATION : Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering from reputed institute
EXPERIENCE : Minimum 8-10 years in service and service selling.
SKILLS REQUIRED : Customer Relationship Management, Presentation Skills,
Negotiation Skills, effective team management and inter-departmental working
Troubleshooting SEW/similar mechanical products, Installing & monitoring
SEW/Similar CDS products & services.
