Retail Operations Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Monitor inventory management and coordinate stock replenishment
- Support sales team in achieving targets and delivering great customer experiences
- Assist in implementing company policies and procedures
- Prepare sales and operations reports for management review
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed
- Audit store inventory, regularly conduct physical stock verification (PSV) at the store level, report missing inventory & initiate suitable actions
- Ensure customer verification is done as per defined procedure withthe help of proper identification documents (UIDAI / PAN /declaration letter etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience in retail operations, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
