Job Description

16+ years of experience with a strong project track record of designing winning bids.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of SAP solutions across LOBs & industries to maintain credibility with prospective customers.
- Ability to understand client requirements (RFP/ RFI), build a synopsis, and can articulate the customer’s asks.
- A story-teller with compelling proof points.
- Strong customer orientation, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
- Very good judgment skills and ability to shape compelling solutions and solve unstructured problems with assumptions
- Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams spread across geographies
- Ability to roll sleeves
- Strong executive presence and entrepreneurial spirit
- Superb leadership and team-building skills with the ability to build consensus and achieve goals through collaboration rather than direct line authority
- A positive, results-oriented style, evidenced by listening, motivating, delegating, influencing, and monitoring the work being done

- Creating innovative solution designs that utilize our extensive service offerings.
- Primary Skills
- Worked on S4Hana RFPs and deals above $5m USD as a Lead solution architect responsible for designing solutions end to end along with solutions architecture, effort estimation etc.
- Experience in more than one of the functional workstreams (EWM, SD, MM FICO, SD, SF, Ariba, Customer, IBP) or overall solution architect.
- Strong verbal and written communication with out of box-thinking abilities.
- Ability to understand Methodologies (Activate, Agile, SDLC, SCRUM) and other industry business fundamentals and ability to showcase a quick learning curve.
