**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in day-to-day administrative operations aligned with the Australian business process.
- Maintain and update Excel trackers, reports, and databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as per requirement.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and follow up on action points as directed by the CEO.
- Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and document handling.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Advanced MS Office knowledge - especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong MS Excel skills - including formulas, formatting, and basic data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - a must.
- A professional and positive attitude with strong work ethics.
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new processes or tools.
- Willingness to work independently under mínimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in Australian business hours - 05:30 AM IST to 02:30 PM IST.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
