- Contract review, redline and negotiation.
- Manage contract lifecycle flows from intake to execution by monitoring and maintaining contracts and legal databases.
- Collaborate with corporate legal departments to identify, analyze and adequately address contractual and commercial risks within contract provisions.
- Legal Operations: Creating and maintaining database of contracts.
- Ability to consult with U.S. attorneys and update legal matters in the corporate legal database.
- Upload and be able to synopsize documents related to litigation.
- Analyze KPI’s for quarterly Law Department reports.
- Legal Database management, including the ability to identify criteria for reports to be run from corporate legal database.
- Relationship and Governance management with corporate legal team and GCC Legal.
- Excellent collaborative demeanor; positive attitude; problem solving techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office/PowerPoint/ word/ excel; experience working on ServiceNow would be advantage.
- Must have expert level English speaking and writing language skills.
**Prerequisites**:
- 0 to 3 years of experience in the legal process, especially contract lifecycle management
- Commercial contracts management
- Ability to review and advise on Legal complex clauses, standard terms
- Process understanding to meet requirements.
- Technology, tools usage & Legal database management
- Critical thinking for Risk management
- Flexible support in US shift timing
**Academic Background**:BA LLB, or MA LLB.
