a) Screening and shortlisting of profiles through various portals.

b) Taking Telephonic and personal interviews and forwarding the right resource to the departments head

c) Ensure the recruitment process is completed in a timely, efficient, and professional manner

d)Creating talent pipeline for the group
- Job Creation and Description

a) Preparing Job descriptions for all the Jobs specified and approved by the management

b) Posting the newly created jobs on portals and ERP.

d) Maintain the jobs through referrals and internal job posting.
- Induction & Onboarding

a) Prepare and send asset requisition for new joiners.

b) Prepare Induction schedule for all the new joiners.

c) Conduct the Induction training and share the feedback with the management

d) Perform joining formalities with all the required documents.
- HRIS & MIS

a) Maintain the Employee Recruitment Tracker.

This street was Maharashtra's source of tea, with traders coming in from across the state to purchase tea to sell locally. Apart from being a large supplier for local customers, HP also firmly engraved its roots in the international tea trade, trading with middle eastern countries on a very large scale. In 1933, with a view of selling to the Mumbai citizens as well, HP started Hasmukhrai & Co, with its first shop in KalbadeviBy the late 80's, Hasmukhrai & Co had become the market leader in the tea industry in Mumbai. However, sensing that the customer would prefer convenience and would change traditional tea buying patterns, Hasmukhrai & Co launched tea in a packet form in '91, which was available across retailers in Mumbai and later Maharashtra, in the name of Society Tea
