**An Accounts Payable (AP) role involves managing the financial transactions related to a company's outstanding liabilities and ensuring**timely** payments to vendors, suppliers, and other creditors.**The**responsibilities and tasks**associated with the AP**associate **is** Invoice Processing, Payments, T&E, Month end reporting and Helpdesk.

**Responsibilities**

**Manual Indexing, Invoice processing, basis the input received from supplier.**

**Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention.**

**Independently perform transactional tasks which support the compliance,**planning** and execution of assigned processes.**

**Process payments to vendors through various methods (checks, ACH, wire transfers).**

**Ensure**timely** and**accurate** payment of invoices.**

**Reconcile accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy.**

**Review and process employee expense reports.**

**Verify receipts and compliance with company policies.**

**Prepare and complete SOP’s or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements.**

**Adhere** the internal compliance policy and guideline**established** by the management on their daily operational activities.**

**Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices**handled** as per the guidelines.**

**Qualifications we**seek** in you**

**Minimum**Q**ualifications**

**Graduate in Commerce (**B. Com**)**

**Relevant work experience on Accounts payable transactional activities**

**Strong English language skills (verbal and written)**

**Preferred**Q**ualifications**/ Skills**

**Previous** experience in Accounts Payable (IP, Payments Processing, T&E booking)**

**Preferred Proficiency in accounting software (SAP) and MS Office**

**Good communication** skills**
