Moulding Supervisor

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations in the manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Oversee materials handling and fabrication processes, ensuring proper use of hand tools and machinery.
- Manage the operation of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CNC machines, press brake machines, and forklifts.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure optimal production flow.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, safety incidents, and employee performance.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in machining, assembly, and quality inspection processes.
- Familiarity with plastics manufacturing techniques including blow molding, extrusion, and injection molding is highly desirable.
- Experience with warehouse operations and materials handling practices is beneficial.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
