**What you’ll do?**:

- SAP ATTP Production AIF configuration and monitoring for various interfaces
- Documenting and Reporting all the AIF errors with objects / error reasons / categories, on a daily basis
- Functional analysis of the monitoring results and deciding the corrective action with the review/approval from Product manager
- Work in close collaboration with Serialization product manager and the serialization engineering team - Reprocessing of failed messages after the corrective action, and ensure that the respective serialised events are successfully registered in ATTP system accurately
- Coordination with various internal business stakeholders and supporting them (compliance, warehouses, pharmacies) for error analysis and issue correction
- On-call/emergency support for business if/when needed - Periodic review of the serialized events and objects registered in ATTP, for ensuring the compliance
- Support the master data maintenance for serialization
- Managing all SAP ATTP Production support actions via service-now incident management (or/and JIRA task) with proper SLAs and business approvals, and create knowledge documents for future references
- SAP ICH Specific Support : EPCIS monitoring, coordination with SAP/Suppliers/Manufacturers in-case of EPCIS failures and performing needed corrections
- ‘Post Manual Events’ in SAP ATTP, for the production system issues identified if any with the review/approval from Product manager/Business Owner
- Technical documentation of the support processes, work arounds and approvals
- ATTP System Performance monitoring and coordinate with Basis, security, DBA, and authorisation team whenever needed
- Support in driving the CRQ/Change process for the SAP ATTP related changes
- Support the bug fixes and enhancements in the existing solution from a functional capacity, and also contribute in the future interfaces/solutions to be developed
- Coordinate with other SAP teams from Walmart (PI, Basis, Security, DBA, etc.) whenever needed as part of any incident/change management process, and be aligned with the general SAP practices from Walmart point of view.
