**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the on-ground coordinator to relay material, tools, and instructions between office/design team, vendors, and site.
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings, materials, and samples to and from the site.
- Provide real-time updates and feedback from site to the design/project team.
- Maintain coordination with multiple vendors, contractors, and site engineers for work progress and logistics.
- Assist in overseeing and organizing on-site logistics and supporting engineers in daily operations.
- Ensure that all site-related errands and pickups/drop-offs are done on time.
- Maintain a checklist and documentation of tasks assigned and completed.
- Support in collecting and delivering approvals, invoices, and other project-related paperwork.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role in the interiors or construction industry preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Must be proactive, reliable, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of local routes and ability to travel to multiple sites/vendors.
- Basic knowledge of construction/interior materials is a plus.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (if applicable).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
