**THE ROLE**

The job holder is in charge of:

- Processing of documents in electronic format
- Fulfilling the tasks and respecting the documents delivery deadlines, as well as their quality requirements
- Supporting his/her team members in order to improve the quality and productivity within the team.

**TASK**
- Text structuring and formatting in concordance with the original and with the standards of the software used by the company
- Modifying and validating the documents structured and processed in conformity with the correction standards of the Official Journal
- Inserting the necessary corrections within the documents established by means of internal rules or customers’ requirements
- Active collaboration with team members in order to respect the deadlines and the requirements regarding quality and quantity of the processed documents Respecting the documents’ workflow
- Cooperation with other departments, whenever necessary

Any other tasks delegated by the superiors
**Requirements**:
**Educational background**
- At least Graduation in college, XML or HTML knowledge will be added advantage.

**Professional Experience**
- Initiative and high capacity of self-organization in his/her daily tasks

**Required skills**
- Flexibility and motivation in high workload periods
- Excellent English skills, additional languages are an asset
- Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and workload.
