Overview:
The Senior Performance QA Engineer develops, maintains, and documents the test cases and Perf Test scripts. Primary responsibilities include writing the Perf Scripts, Exeuction and analysis of the performance report. Reviews and analyzes system specifications and performance expectation, recommend corrective actions, and identifies opportunities for improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reviews requirements, specifications, and technical design documents and validates compliance of final product to the expected perfromance outcome
- Collaborates with the Product Development team., TOPS, DBA and to ensure consistent project execution and performance fine tuning.
- Collaborate with customer POC and to provide status updates and clarifications.
- Ensures that processes needed for the Quality System are established, implemented, and maintained.
- Devises comprehensive and structured performance test plans and cases to test the accuracy,stability and performance of the platform.
- Monitors program performance after implementation through environment testing and performs regression testing to check and prevent reoccurrence of defects
- Documents the test results as per the standards and maintains appropriate quality metrics.
- Trains peers to acquaint them with various features of the Assessment platform
- Adds essential details of the workflow to the filed bug document to improve clarity to developers

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2- 6 years of proven experience in software quality assurance
- Experience with Performance testing tools such as JMeter, wedload,
- Experience with SQL/postgresql
- Experience with Agile frameworks.
