B. Profile

1. Responsible for cutting and joining metals and other materials at our facilities or construction sites

2. Prepare plan layouts and Take and read measurements 3. Always follow specifications and instructions for maximum efficiency

4. Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment 5. Determine the appropriate welding equipment or machinery to be used

6. Set up components for welding

7. Align components using callipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces 8. Report damages on machines and equipment

9. Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety

10. Administer various components and perform welding of clamps, holding and bolts according to specifications. 11. Ensure clean weld joint to obtain smooth look.

C. Primary Responsibilities

1. Perform welding with help of welding torches and arcs. 2. Manage work with help of manual welding machines and melt metals for various processes.

3. Monitor all welding processes and ensure absence of any shrinkage and distortion to materials.

4. Manage welding work and ensure compliance to all specifications to perform defect work.

5. Assemble all components with help of power and hand tools
