Job Description IB

1.    Conduct preparation of marketing material used in the financing of clients, including of investment memorandum, management presentations and pitch books

2.    Doing detailed Company Research, Financial Analysis & Industry Research

3.    Development of various types of financial models for debt and equity

4.    Managing and conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of complex data

5.    Develop deep understanding of identified sectors

6.    Responsible and coordinate for due diligence, analysis of live transactions

7.    Negotiating/Interacting with Private Equity Funds, banks and potential buy side investors

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- AVP IB (preferred)
