**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, and fire protection systems using **Revit MEP**.
- Interpret engineering design and specifications to accurately model system components.
- Collaborate with electrical and plumbing modelers to ensure coordination across all disciplines.
- Participate in **Clash Detection** and resolution using **Navisworks Manage**.
- Generate 2D drawings and construction documentation from 3D models.
- Follow USA building codes, ASHRAE standards, and company BIM execution plans.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of shop drawings and as-built documentation.
- Maintain and update BIM libraries and templates.
- Attend virtual coordination meetings and provide technical support during design and construction phases.

Pay: ₹10,780.34 - ₹45,906.87 per month
