**Shift**: US Time - PST ( 2-3 days per week)

**Job description**

**Role & responsibilities**:

- Data analysis, understand pattern and relationships, develop and validate hypothesis.
- Problem solving capability using statistical tools and techniques, leading to focused actions.
- Data operations and validations expert
- Action and respond to Ad-hoc requests and escalations in a timely fashion.
- Ensure data loaded accurately, key deadlines are met in line with business SLA s and to highlight as necessary where additional support is required.
- To support all new business/work coming on to the team.
- Timely completion and review of daily work inflow from our customer.
- Meet/exceed the customer SLAs /expectations in terms of quality & TAT.
- Intermediate to Advanced excel skills and expert in SQL and other data handling
- Experience with creating summaries with data findings in PPT
- Excellent planning and organization as this role require the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel and work to tight timeframes to achieve delivery
- Good verbal and written communication
- Methodical with excellent attention to detail
- Reconciliation skills, good with figures
- Knowledge of US Healthcare would be plus
- Team Player
- Enjoy problem solving and learning new things
- Self-motivated with the ability to stay focused
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Location is only Chennai.
