- Should take training program for our students
- Should prepare career roadmap for the domain
- Should prepare the test material for the domain
- Should provide projects topics to students
- Should create reference material for students

**Qualifications**:

- Should have good experience in CAD and CAE software's
- Should reference data for students
- Should have previous experience in training and mentorship
