- *Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and Execute Paid Media Campaigns
- Plan, create, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Focus on generating high-quality traffic, conversions, and sales for the fashion and apparel products.
- Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to continuously improve performance.
2. Audience Targeting and Segmentation
- Conduct in-depth audience research to create detailed buyer personas specific to the fashion and apparel industry.
- Implement precise targeting strategies to reach high-intent fashion consumers, including demographic, interest, and behavior-based targeting.
3. Campaign Optimization
- Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Use data to adjust strategies and ensure budget optimization while driving conversions and maximizing profitability.
4. E-Commerce & Fashion Industry Trends
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, seasonal shopping behaviours, and industry shifts to create relevant, timely campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing ads that align with fashion trends and brand identity.
5. Data Analytics and Reporting
- Analyze campaign data and performance metrics using platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Provide detailed reports with actionable insights to optimize future campaigns and help drive business decisions.
6. SEO and Retargeting
- Implement retargeting strategies to bring back potential customers and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate on SEO strategies to ensure paid efforts align with organic growth for holistic digital marketing performance.
7. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Work closely with the content, creative, and product teams to align marketing strategies with the brand vision and goals.
- Ensure that messaging and campaigns reflect the brand's aesthetic and connect with the target audience in the fashion and apparel space.
8. Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
- Manage influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Explore affiliate marketing opportunities to drive traffic and revenue growth.
- *Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- **2+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in the fashion and apparel industry.**
- Proven track record of successful paid campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram).
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in **Google Analytics**, **Facebook Insights**, **Shopify Analytics**, and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of **fashion trends, consumer behavior**, and **seasonal shopping patterns**.
- Hands-on experience with **A/B testing, retargeting, and audience segmentation**.
- Exceptional understanding of **eCommerce metrics** and the ability to optimize for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as **CAC, CTR, and ROAS**.
- Strong creative mindset with the ability to collaborate on compelling ad creatives, especially for fashion audiences.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of SEO strategies and how to complement paid efforts with organic growth.
- Experience with **influencer marketing** and **affiliate marketing** is a plus.
